Portland Pirate Festival Terms of Entry

By purchasing tickets and entering this event you agree to abide by the following terms:
• 1. MIND YOUR MANNERS ya bunch of pirates! This is a FAMILY EVENT!
• 2. ALL WEAPONS MUST BE PEACE TIED and there are to be NO BARE BLADES at ANY TIME in Cathedral Park (Any weapon that cannot be peace tied—INCLUDING blunt objects—will not be permitted).
• 3. Portland Pirate Festival is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.
• 4. If you are under the age of 21 and/or you do not have ID you will not be served alcohol.
• 5. Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
• 6. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone, and to remove anyone if need be.
• 7. NO DOGS or other pets!
• 8. NO coolers or picnics within festival grounds. Picnics are allowed in other areas of Cathedral Park, outside the festival fencing.
